is this true?
I am planning to build a shed.
admin answers:
That is a pretty small compressor for a framing nailer. It will depend on how fast you nail. If your like me it will work just fine. If your a carpenter it may be too small. The nailer will use so much air that the compressor will run a lot. They are meant for light use and not continuous running. I would use it, but than again I would also be going pretty slow. If you run it too much the motor will heat up and trip the thermal switch.

How to build outdoor pet enclosure?
I hate to have to do this but it’s the only option at the moment. We had a tornado come through about a week or so ago & it tore up our entire back fence & parts of the side & our roof. Now the pets are MY responsibility & so I have to pay for everything for them. Food, bedding, litter, etc. Well during the day all of our pets go outside w/ supervision of course, however now they cannot because of the fence. I’m in a pinch I need to build a temporary enclosure for them. I’ve been having to put them on the chain & I hate doing that & the cats like to climb & they almost hung themselves today.
Luckily I was only a few feet away from them. Anyway, I’ve got to pay for the fence since it was to keep the pets in the yard to begin with & I don’t have the money at the moment. I don’t have a job, I use my allowance to pay for their basic stuff & do odd jobs when I can. I’ve got a job lined up in about 2 weeks but I need something now. My dogs are little so I don’t need chain link, chicken/poultry wire will be enough.
It’s mainly for my cats, the dogs can stay on the chains outside for the next week or so if they have to. I’m going to add it onto the end of our garden shed which is being renovated into my bedroom. I plan for it to be at least 10′ x 10′ x 6′. Will this be big enough for a temporary enclosure? Also, should I use 2×4′s or metal? Which one is cheaper & should I use U nails? Will they be able to dig under gravel? I don’t have enough money to buy blocks. I know it’s a lot of q’s but I want them to be free & safe.
admin answers:
Chicken wire and 2×2 lumber. If a tornado went through, you should be able to scrounge up the wood. It’s probably laying all over the place. Otherwise, it can be gotten pretty cheaply at Home Depot or Lowes. What you do is make a big cage. Use the wood to make a large cubish shape. Then cover it with the chicken wire.

What should I use for the top? Wire, metal, tarp, what?

Im a bit confused on the need for it…why spend all that money. Why do the cats need go out? Why cant they stay inside until you repair your fence. And the dogs be walked? If you want something great for cats outside though…there are cat outside enclosures ranging from $50-$1000.

How much muscle is it possible to build in 3 weeks?
I’m 26, going back to college in 3 weeks and I have been a lazy beer drinker all summer. I quit the booze, bought some creatine and protein powder, and now I want to go on a crazy lifting spree to try to put some muscle on my skinny frame (6″1 190 lbs). I also want to shed as much of the beer belly as I can. I have a bench press and a bunch of free weights, but that’s it. Can I gain any decent muscle in such a short time frame? I plan on riding my road bike about 20 miles a day for cardio, but as far as lifting I have no clue. Can I do this with the equipment I have or do I need to join a gym?
admin answers:
You should limit you’re cardio (running/ aerobics/ dance/ etc ..) and focus on stretching/ strength exercise to gain muscle instead. I recommend checking out this website below. It has tons of helpful tips about how to gain weight and build muscle fast. Hope this help.

how can i make my mum see that i want to make a new chicken coop?
ive been wanting chickens since i saw ‘Jamie’s fowl dinners’ and my mum said ok, i really want them and have been looking then up on the net since, i know what to feed them etc. but when it came to the coop she said we can use the old one at my Nana and Papas, now im not being mean but i was planning on building my own, i have made a plan and sized it up and i have some wood work skills that would cover the job, but my mum is refusing for me to make it even though we have all the materials lying around for free up in our shed. The old one at my Nana and Papas has been used to house orphan or rejected lambs at my nana and papason croft for the past 15 years of so, mum goes and moves the 2 lambs that have been sharing it over the year and it just needs driven over the 5 miles or so to our house, WHEN that will be done i have NO IDEA, why cant she jst keep that for the lambs and let me make my own which wont cost her anything, i just don’t know, PLEASE HELP and give a rational answer soon-ish before i scream my head off at her.

Hey, just say that you will look after them and everything. Chickens are not fussy, it was my bday 2 weeks ago and what did i get? 2 chickens! My dad was going to build a coop but when it got near to my bday it was no where finished so they bought one from the same place we got the chickens from. We had been looking for cheap options as chickens coops are VERY expensive. We got ours for £100ish which is good. But chickens are not fussy at all. They stay outside all the time only go in when it goes dark or for shelter. It doesnt need to be that big if it used to hold lambs in! You probably know this but when you first get the chickens you have to leave them in just their coop (and run if you have one which is best to) for 36 hours. So they know where to go for safety and where o sleep etc. But be prepared! I would consider to fence of some of the garden because they poo everywhere! I know i have just babbled on but just say to your mum it doesn’t even need to be big as long as you let them out everyday!
I hope this help, chickens are amazing!
